Cancellation
- We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
- Same day cancellations will result in 50% service cost due that day.
No Show
- A no call no show will result in 100% service cost due before or at your next grooming appointment.
- If you no call no show 3 times, services will no longer be rendered.
***We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you whenever possible. Communicate with us about your circumstances.***
Late Drop Off/Pick Up
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, $20.00 will be added to your service.
- After 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and 50% of that day’s cost of service will be due.
- At check-in, we will inform you of when your dog will be finished. We will also call or text 20 minutes before your dog will be finished. We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of that time. If you arrive over 30 minutes past your pick-up time, $15.00 will be added to your service. Additionally, $15.00 will be added every 30 minutes over the pick-up time.
Coat Condition Fee
- A coat condition fee will apply for matting, pelting, excessive filth, or multiple washes due to smell.
- Your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priority. Severe matting can cause pain, skin irritation, and increase grooming time.
Flat Rate Coat Condition Fee: $50.00
Behavioral Issues
- We always handle behavioral issues on a case-by-case basis.
- We never use muzzles while grooming.
- Every attempt will be made to complete the groom and work patiently with your dog’s unique behavioral issues. However, if a dog shows signs of aggression, we will stop the groom and recommend further grooming appointments take place at your vet. This is for the safety of your dog and for the safety of the groomer.
Pet Health and Vaccination
- We do not groom dogs that are sedated, pregnant, and/or female dogs with their cycle present. If a dog arrives at their appointment under sedation, pregnant, or on their cycle, 100% of the service cost is due and we will work with you to reschedule their appointment.
- All clients must provide proof of updated vaccines. PACFA requires all dogs to be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvovirus. No exceptions will be made.
- If fleas, lice, and/or ticks are present on a dog, we will immediately halt the grooming process and require you to pick up immediately. Pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Services will not be rendered for any dogs suffering from heart murmurs, heart failure, or any other conditions affecting the heart.
- Dogs that have previously suffered from seizures, but have a vet note and are currently prescribed medication or have been without seizure activity for at least one year, will be eligible for service.
Since fleas and ticks are super common in Colorado year-round, we highly recommend you use a monthly flea and tick preventive on all your pets. Please speak with you vet for flea and tick medication.
